Brett WalkerMy name’s Brett Walker and I co-wrote the books “Successful Living” and “Your Future, Your Choice”.

I’ve always been interested in keeping fit and I have learnt that to be fit we need to look after ourselves in four areas:

  • mental
  • physical
  • emotional
  • spiritual.

I have done a lot of reading and research about personal development and produce a Newsletter where I share inspirational stories that I come across.
